Platforms that feel easy to stay on
Have you ever opened a platform and instantly felt like it’s just too much? Not even in a bad way, just overloaded with things you don’t really need. I keep wondering if developers actually think users enjoy that, or if simplicity is just underrated. What makes you stay longer on something — complexity or ease?

I used to chase platforms with more features, thinking they’d be more interesting, but lately I’ve changed my mind. I tried Duck Dice
recently, and it gave me a completely different impression. Duck Dice feels very balanced — not empty, but not overwhelming either. The navigation is simple, everything reacts quickly, and you don’t feel like you have to learn it before enjoying it. What stood out for me is how natural the whole experience feels. You just open it, interact, and it flows without interruptions. It’s also visually calm, which surprisingly makes a big difference when you spend more than a few minutes there. After trying it a few times, I noticed I kept coming back just because it felt easy and comfortable.
